REFUND POLICY
CPD Masterclass

1. General Refund Principles
At CPD Masterclass, we are committed to providing high-quality, ECSA-accredited online CPD courses to support your professional growth. Because our courses provide instant access to digital learning materials, assessments, and downloadable resources, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with South African consumer protection principles. By enrolling in a course/module, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
2.1 Before Course Access
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund before you have accessed any course materials,
- AND no modules/videos, quizzes and exercise files have been opened.
2.2 Duplicate Payments
- If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Once a learner has been granted access to the course, no refunds will be issued, including where:
- You have accessed or viewed any course content
- You have attempted or submitted any quiz or assessment
- You fail to complete the course within the allocated time
- You no longer wish to participate after starting the course
- You experience personal scheduling challenges
- You fail to meet technical requirements (internet access, software, device compatibility)
- You request a refund after completing the course or obtaining a certificate Courses/modules are considered fully delivered once access is granted and materials have been opened.
4. Course Cancellation by CPD Masterclass or Platform Error
If CPD Masterclass cancels a course or experiences a system failure that prevents access
beyond a reasonable time, we may:
- Provide a refund or
- Enrolment in an alternative course or
- Extended access to the current course.
The most suitable option will be communicated based on the situation.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund (only under eligible conditions):
- Email info@cpdmasterclass.com.
- Include your full name, course name, payment proof, and reason for your request
- We will review your request within 7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method, where possible
6. Third-Party Fees
Bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway deductions are non-
refundable and may reduce the final refund amount.
